Rooftop

With its breathtaking panoramic view of Liège and the surrounding area, our rooftop space provides the ideal setting when it comes to welcoming your guests. The Rooftop can be combined with the “Agora” and “Boardroom” or hired separately for more intimate immersive events for up to 60 people. The Rooftop includes a covered space – just in case.

FlexiLab is a turnkey environment designed to accelerate your life sciences projects. The facilities are designed to enable life sciences research teams and companies to begin their work immediately, without any initial investment in equipment.

Co-working

In a modern, minimalist and secure setting, our co-working space is accessible from Monday to Friday (8 am – 8 pm). With 20 workstations, it provides the perfect environment for reflection and collaboration at the heart of a dynamic eco-system that is directly linked to the LégiaPark community and CHC Mont Légia hospital, which is only a stone’s throw away. Our co-working space is open to everyone and can be used flexibly by means of a secure badge from 10 days per month. A co-working subscription allows you to access our meeting rooms and base your company at LégiaPark.
